OUR (HI)STORY
Everything had began in 1996 when Dmitriy and Mikhail met at The State University of T. Shevchenko in Kiev (UA). We were only 18, but neither of us could really play any instruments, although we had a little guitar experience. We were really good friends and had a big desire to create a metal band. When we began to play together, the music was closer to punk rock and grange. Our first songs were very long with interesting texts but without any good instrumental parts, like "Armageddon", "Sizif's Labor" and "Boogie-woogie". All the songs were played with a drum-machine. When we made the song called "Red Zefhen" our musical style started to get closer and closer to classical thrash metal.  In 1997 the band had a new member (drummer), Max Gundarev. His appearance influenced our conception, and our style changed to thrash crossover. Some new songs were written, such as "Hardcore (Fire)" and "Faust".
In August of 1998 we recorded "Faust", our first single, at Asteroid Records. We were practicing all our songs throughout the autumn until our first performance. It was in December at Korolyevo Concert Hole with some more groups like "FBI", "Fire Lake", etc. That was our first step to get more serious about our future. We had some interviews on Rocks Radio and they played our single (Faust) a few times.
Our next concert was at a festival, called "The Great Commandment" with black metal groups from Ukraine and Belorussia. More than 500 fans were watching us so we were interviewed in underground newspaper Thorn. Our last concert with Max had been our biggest one so far. It was at a bike show at "Silver Bullets" in a big stadium called Chayka.
Max has left the band in 1999 because of some problems and disagreements in the band. His place was taken by Bogdan Ponomarenko. Before that he was a jazz drummer so we though he was really good and technical. We started to play progressive metal, with songs like "Angel", "My Motherland", "Inconsolable Train", "Rector" with (black) humor in our lyrics. In the end of 1999 we were invited to "The Great Commandment" again. We did good and we were impressed by Bogdan, because that was his first performance in front of a bigger audience which enjoyed our music well.
We have recorded our first demo album. The album is named "Red Hand". But now we`ve changed our musical conception into alternative/hip-hop - that`s much better!!
